James Moore- Award-winning neo-impressionist, Moore expresses his unique vision "en plein air" with oil.  Inspired by the natural environs of the West, Moore captures the essence of his subjects in a loose painterly style.  He won the prestigious Art West Open Competition in Jackson, Wyoming in 2002 and is a member of the Oil Painters of America.
